RETURN POLICY

Renaissance Health, LLC (Renaissance) makes every effort to insure the quality and efficacy of its products. Products offered by Renaissance Health, via its website and Distributors are fully tested for ingredient quality and potency, and have been processed in compliance with the highest industry standards.

Products purchased from Renaissance Health may be return for and only for the following reasons: 1) damage during shipment, 2) customer or distributor received products other than ordered, and 3) products may be exchange for other products offered by Renaissance Health if such products to be exchanged are unused and unopened; otherwise, all sales are final.

Damaged Products
Products received by customers of Renaissance Health that have been damaged during shipment will be replaced by Renaissance Health. Customer must notify Renaissance within 5 days of delivery that they have received damaged products. Upon notification and return of the damaged product, Renaissance Health will replace the product/s at no cost to the customer.

Incorrect Order
In the event a customer or distributor receives an order that is not consistent with the order of record, whether ordered online, by fax or phone, Renaissance Health will replace the incorrect item/s with what was originally ordered. Such replacement is subject to the customer/distributor returning the incorrect item/s to Renaissance Health. Renaissance Health will credit the customer/distributor for shipping the returned item/s.

Product Exchange
If a customer/distributor wishes to return a product in exchange of either another product offered by Renaissance Health or to receive a credit to be applied to a future purchase, customer/distributor must notify Renaissance Health within 30 days of receipt of the product to be exchanged. Products to be exchanged must be returned to Renaissance Health within 10 days of notification. Products exchanged must be returned postpaid.
